Full Retail Pharmacy
We stock a complete line of prescription and OTC medications, brand and generic, to meet the demands of all our patients. In the rare occasion that we don't have a medication in-stock, we can generally order and have it ready for you the very next day.
Prescription Delivery
If you live in Grafton and have a difficult time getting to the pharmacy, we will deliver your prescriptions for FREE! Deliveries are made Monday – Friday. To ensure same day delivery, please call us by 2PM on the day you would like your delivery.
Prescription Mailing
If you live outside of Grafton, or are planning a lengthy vacation, we can mail your medications via United States Postal Service. We offer prescription mail out services Monday – Saturday. Mailed prescriptions will be assessed a flat $5 fee.
Counseling
We have at least 2 pharmacists on duty at all times to offer professional counseling for your prescription and over-the-counter medications. Don’t hesitate to call us if you have questions from home, too.
Blood Pressure Monitoring
We try our best to fill your prescription as fast as you'd like, but we offer FREE blood pressure checks while you wait for your prescriptions to be filled.
Medication Disposal Program
Simply bring your unused or expired medications to Grafton Drug, in their prescription bottles, and we will send them away for proper disposal. Proper medication disposal helps protect your family and the environment while making your home safer.
Health and Beauty Aids
Grafton Drug also carries a large variety of beauty aids including hair products, shower gels, and body lotions. We also carry a variety of over-the-counter medications for aches & pains, coughs, colds, and allergies, baby care, personal care, first aid, vitamins, diabetic supplies and more.
Giftware
Our jewelry and scarves section is sure to please, as well as our variety of soft scented candles and hand & body lotions. Whether it is an old friend or a new bride, you can find that perfect little gift in our kitchen and wine section. If puzzles are your pastime, there's an assortment of quality adult puzzles. We don't forget the little ones with Melissa and Doug activity toys. We are proud to introduce a variety of Pride of Dakota products including candies, coffees, and other homemade goodies made in the heartland. We make gift baskets to your choosing. Check us out for a wide selection of all occasion cards value priced at only $1.29. We also carry cards by Legacy and beautiful hand-made cards to personalize with your own message. In season we stock boxed religious Christmas cards and a variety of daily planners and calendars.
About
Located on the corner of Hill Avenue and Highway 17, Grafton Drug has been a part of Grafton’s Main Street since 1894. Although the pharmacy has undergone many changes over the years, our tradition of caring and service remains the same.
The Grafton Drug family includes 13 employees, full and part-time, who all share individual expertise in different areas of our store to provide professional, private and caring customer service.

Grafton Drug employs pharmacy interns during the summer months, and is a rotation site for North Dakota State University’s College of Pharmacy. We also welcome high school students that are eager to job shadow a pharmacist or pharmacy technician. We are always excited to share our knowledge in this scope of pharmacy practice.
